Refund policy
Refund Policy for Products:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out. To request a refund, you must fill out a form provided by us. Once the refund is processed, the product will be removed from your account and production.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our support team. Refunds may be denied if the product has been used extensively, or if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
Regarding products, once they are produced and sent out, there will be no refund expect the mistake is made from our side due to the personalisation of the product.
Cancellation Fee after 24hours: 30% of the product price.
If we accept your refund, the money will be returned via the original route and will arrive within 7 working days.
Note:If you are not satisfied with the video, we will check whether there is any problem with the video. If the video does not meet your requirements, we will re-shoot the video for you and send it to you by email within 1 to 2 days. If you do not accept it, Reshoot the video and the refund will be returned via the payment channel within seven working days.
